My name is Tracey and I am a 14 year old student. My mother was born and raised in Panama in an area known as the Canal Zone. I designed this site to take you on a tour of what life is like for a typical Panamanian. I'm going to show you pictures of famous places in Panama, show you the type of foods they eat, what music they listen to and many more.
